Creating Koko
Here at Cadbury we know that there are few things in life as important as chocolate so we wanted to create the ultimate milk chocolate truffle, packaged with style, indulgence and a touch of glamour.
We named it Koko in recognition of the blend of different concentrations of cocoa that go into giving the truffle a flavour that is neither too sweet, nor too dark, but has a more sophisticated milk chocolate taste.
Our truffles are designed to melt instantly and flood your mouth with melting chocolate. We ensure, through warming and cooling the chocolate to specific temperatures before we make the truffle, that we get a really smooth, consistent texture.
Once we had perfected the truffle we adorned a beautiful gift bag with a ribbon and gift tag and ... voila! We had created Koko By Cadbury.
